How to get your Kegs for your Event
When we sent your quote we also sent you the contact details for our preferred breweries enroute to your venue
You'll need to make contact with them and arrange your purchase of your beverages directly with the brewery. Under our RSA Licence we cannot purchase your alcohol for you.
Keg Delivery and Return Service
We mentioned in our quote that we offer an additional service for keg pick up and drop off.
We can pick up from any brewery enroute to your venue for the cost of $20 per keg
(You will need to return the kegs yourself)

We only offer a pick up and return service for the following breweries. The cost for this service is still $20 per keg

Booking Fees
Your Booking Fee is secured and now holds your date for your event. Your Booking Fee is non-refundable, however is date transferable subject to availability.
Your booking fee is deducted from the balance of your account with The Chevy Bar.
Payment Due Date
Now that your booking fee has secured your date, you can relax.
Your final payment is due 30 days prior to your event.
We'll send you a reminder should you miss your payment due date.
Remember, we do have terms and conditions relating to cancelations and we suggest that you familiarise yourself with these should the need arise.
Connecting To Your Kegs
Each Brewery has their own kegs and there are 3 different keg types.
It helps us in our setting up time to know which type of kegs you have.
Once you've selected your kegs and brewery ask them which type of kegs they are supplying.

On The Day
We'll collect your kegs if you've selected us to do so.
We'll call you and let you know we're on our way and discuss any entry and possible weather issues.
We'll discuss if needed any wet weather plan, as we do not travel should the venue be on grass in wet conditions or not in a covered environment, as covered in our terms and conditions.
We'll arrive 2 hours prior to the bar opening to ensure that we're set up and that our beer system is operating correctly.
Once bar service is finished we'll pack up and leave, this usually takes 30 minutes.
