WHAT CAN THE CHEVY BAR CAN BE USED FOR?

Our unique chevy bar has been built to cater for your corporate functions, weddings and parties. Our Keg and soft drink systems have been custom designed to make sure we can keep serving you ice cold drinks throughout your event. We give the best bar experience there is, as we cater to your event like no other.

WHAT DO I GET HIRING THE CHEVY BAR?

Hiring the Chevy Bar is a mobile bar with 4 x keg lines and 3 x soft drink line 1 x water line. All kept ice cold with our state of the art Glycole chill system.

We supply the postmix (soft drink) just like you get at your hotel/ nightclub for your mixers or as is.

We also have 3 ice tubs to add any other wine, sparkling, premix or anything you want chilled.

We don't stop there, we also have 3 x beautiful wooden bar tables for you and your guests to use. We also supply a pumping sound system that you can use either for music or as a P.A. system. Finally we also have lawn games that will bring hours of added fun for your event. Along with your own bar staff to help cater for your event.

WHAT DRINKS DOES THE CHEVY BAR SERVE?

We can serve up to 4 kegs of beer or cider at once, we also are able to serve up to 3 choices of postmix (soft drinks on tap) at once and we have one line dedicated for cold water. Three tubs at the back are for any extras you may wish to have wine, champagne, soft-drinks, and additional water.

CAN THE CHEVY BAR SELL ALCOHOL?

The Chevy Bar is a dry bar, however we will make the beer ordering and purchasing process easy, we several breweries that we work with. We do not have a liquor license so we can’t purchase it for you, but are more than happy to help you organise your kegs, pick them up and return them to the supplier after the event.

HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED FOR THE CHEVY BAR?

The Chevy Bar is a 1959 Chevy Apache and she isn't small. These are important dimensions when considering where you want us to place the Chevy Bar at your venue.

WHERE CAN WE USE THE CHEVY BAR?

Provided there is enough vehicle access and a flat ground we are able to set up anywhere. However, for bookings in a venue other than a private property, clients are responsible for providing confirmations and permission.

The Chevy Bar can be used on private property and with majority of for hire venues are considered private property as well, As we like to respect each venue's rules it is up to you to make sure your venue will allow us to use the Chevy Bar on site. Please be aware that deposits are non refundable once paid.

DO YOU NEED TO SUPPLY ANYTHING?

We have a 25 meter long power cable to power keg system, audio system and lighting. If you have chosen to pick up the kegs for your event we will then need to be able to get to them so we can have ready for your event. Getting the Chevy Bar into place will need be made available to us.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Based in Brisbane, we cover coast to coast. Sunshine Coast down to the Gold Coast and any where in between. If you happen to be elsewhere get in touch and we can discuss what we can do to cater for you.

ARE THERE ANY TRAVEL FEES?

Travel fee's will only be charged more than 100 kms, we show this in our quoting.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE THE CHEVY BAR?

We start off at a 4 hour package and go from there, most things all come along with the Chevy Bar are included. However there are a few extras that we need to look at for you. So simply fill out the quote form and we will get your free quote to you.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

Weather is an unknown, and covered in our terms and conditions. While every effort is made to protect our Chevy we do not operate in wet weather. If our Chevy can be moved under cover or indoors the event should be able to go ahead (at the decision of The Chevy Bar)

WHAT ABOUT CANCELLATION FEES?

All booking deposits are non-refundable and in the circumstances that a host cancels a booking there will be fees charged.
